Rock Band Rush Releasing New Album

Friday, April 27, 2007

Canadian rock band Rush has not released new material since the "Vapor Trails" album in 2002 but next Tuesday (May 01) a new Rush album "Snakes and Arrows" will hit shelves.

One of the singles ("Far Cry") from the new Rush album is already climbing the charts and is the fourth Rush song to be in the top 5 since 2002.

Geddy Lee, singer, keyboardist and bassist for Rush mentioned
At no time do we feel like we're retired or not functioning, we were just waiting for the right moment to get back together and write.
Since 2002, the popular rock band has been keeping busy by releasing 2 concert DVD's, a live album CD and they also toured twice.

Rush has been together for 33 years and it's obvious they are still producing the greatest rock music and are showing no signs of slowing down.
