American Idol Sierra Arrested

Jessica Sierra, a former "American Idol" top 10 finalist, was arrested for battery charges on Sunday. It was alleged that the 21-year-old singer used a large glass to hit a man in the head.

Police later found a small amount of cocaine on Sierra and she was also charged with possession and bringing drugs into a correctional facility.

The man she attacked has a cut over one eye but no further details were given.

Later on Sunday, Jessica paid $11,500 for bail and was released.

Jessica Sierra was a contestant on the hit tv show "American Idol" in 2005 and made it to the top 10 before being voted off.
