Lindsay Lohan arrested again for DUI

Lindsay Lohan was arrested in California on Tuesday for driving under the influence of alcohol and possession of cocaine. Lindsay's blood-alcohol level reached 0.12 percent which is 0.04 percent above the legal limit. She was booked and sent to jail but only a few hours later was released on $25,000.00 bail.

The 21-year-old had not even been out of rehab for 2 weeks before being arrested once again. Lindsay also has to appear in court on August 24 for a hit-and-run incident during Memorial Day weekend in which she was involved in.

Lindsay's scheduled appearance on The Tonight Show was canceled and Blair Berk, Lohan's attorney, mentioned that she is receiving medical care.

Lohan has a new movie called "I Know Who Killed Me" set to be released this Friday.

Michael Lohan, Lindsay's father, had mentioned that although him and Lindsay's mother Dina are separated and they don't have the greatest relationship with their daughter that they should set their differences aside for now to try and help Lindsay get well again.
