Britney Spears Wants Custody Documents Sealed

As the custody battle continues between Britney Spears and ex-husband Kevin Federline over their two young sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James, the media's attempts to gain information regarding the case are increasing.

However, Laura A. Wasser, Britney Spears' lawyer, requested that all documents regarding the case remain permanently sealed in a motion which was filed on Friday.

Mark Vincent, Federline's attorney has agreed with this motion. Superior Court commissioner Scott Gordon said the ruling will be decided on Monday when the custody case resumes.

Presently Britney Spears and Kevin Federline have joint custody of both of their young sons.
