Scott Weiland Will Write His AutobiographyMonday, November 19, 2007 Lead singer of rock band Velvet Revolver Scott Weiland attended the 2007 American Music Awards along with guitarist Slash to present the award for best country album. Carrie Underwood, a former 'American Idol' won the award and was thrilled to be in the presence of two popular rock legends. While backstage Scott Weiland mentioned to reporters that he will be writing an autobiography with help from David Ritz who has assisted many great musicians in writing their autobiographies. The 40-year-old music artist said: "It's a weird thing, you make a lot of records, write a lot of songs, but all of a sudden you go into a whole different vein, and it's a little bit scary to dive into."On December 04 Velvet Revolver will begin their 5 show tour in Australia.
