What does Miley Cyrus want most for 16th birthday?

Famous actress and singer, Miley Cyrus, will turn 16 on November 23. Like most 16 year olds, Miley wants her own car as a birthday present. But the actress who plays Hannah Montana doesn't want just any car. She wants a car that is large enough for all her friends, able to scare off other cars on the road, and just generally something bad on the road. Since Miley claims to be a good driver, it is not herself she is concerned about, it is everyone else on the road.

Miley is anxious to take her drivers test, but she is worried about getting her picture taken. She wants to bring her own picture along with her, but knows that she can't. The reason is, Miley Cyrus has no idea what she wants to wear for her drivers license picture and "It's, like, really hard to pick out your outfit.", she confessed to Maria Lopez of "Extra" when Miley joined her as a co-host.
